I. Technical Features and Core Advantages
Power system
The diesel models are equipped with the TO series engines independently developed by Daze (such as the TO4100D four-cylinder engine), and some high-end models can be optionally equipped with power from international brands such as Weichai and Cummins. The engine adopts electromagnetic oil control valve technology, with fuel consumption as low as 206g/kw.h. It supports 0# and -10# diesel and is suitable for a wide temperature range from -20 ℃ to 40℃. The gasoline models are equipped with single-cylinder engines such as 192F, which are lightweight (starting from 85kg) and suitable for short-term emergency use.
Welding performance
Adopting high-frequency inverter technology, the welding current adjustment range covers 0-1000A, supporting 2.0-8.0mm electrodes. The arc is stable, with low spatter and beautiful weld formation. Some models (such as TO400A-JZ) integrate argon arc welding functions, capable of welding materials like stainless steel and aluminum alloy, and support simultaneous operation at two workstations. The carbon arc air gouging function (600A/1000A models) can efficiently clean weld defects, with a gouging thickness of over 20mm.
Power generation capacity
The auxiliary power supply has a power ranging from 5KW to 100KW, with an output voltage of 220V/380V, a frequency of 50Hz, and a waveform distortion rate of less than 5%. It can stably drive power tools, lighting equipment, and precision instruments. Some models (such as TO500A-JZ) adopt AVR automatic voltage regulation technology, which does not affect the power generation waveform during electric welding and enables synchronous operation.
Intelligent safety design
It is equipped with standard functions such as oil alarm, overload protection and overheat protection. Some silent models have a noise level lower than 78 decibels, meeting the National IV emission standards. The fuselage protection grade is IP21, suitable for harsh environments such as dust and humidity.
